TRI3 Sports offers individuals and groups the dedicated support of a personal trainer or coach.

Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the skills, knowledge, and abilities required to ensure that they achieve their unique, personal athletic goals.

Our Coaches

Coach Bio's

The coaches are committed to providing TRI3 Sports clients with sound and proven training methods which will aid them in achieving their goals.

You benefit from our individualized approach to training, to ensure that all your hard effort goes directly into achieving your goals. We limit our number of clients so that you get the full amount of attention that you and your program deserve.

Our attention to detail and performance through scientific analysis puts us on the cutting edge of fitness technology. We collect and translate technical data, using our knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology, psychology and physiology, to determine your strengths, weaknesses, and training needs.

You will have access to our extensive experience in strength training, swimming, cycling, running, transitioning, stretching, nutrition, sports psychology, and racing. Our coaches have lived the sport, read the books, and got a few T-shirts in the process.

Combining analysis with experience and an in-depth knowledge of your needs and goals, our coaches will get the best from you to help you to realize your potential.
